This idea actually consists of two ideas:
Add drag and drop - drag and drop is working in Image Converter Plus. We consider it an important feature and paid additional attention to that part of the program. If it is not working at your computer, please contact our support - http://www.imageconverterplus.com/support/
Regarding profiles - thank for you suggestion, we'll add more profiles and make them availbale at our website.
