Add 'stretch' as an option for setting as desktop wallpaper in context menu. Great Program.

I love the context menu. The preview picture is not too big and only shows up for images. Why not also add "convert to jpeg 25% as another option?

Allow icp.txt file to be put in a set folder instead of the output folder.

When I convert a file I get a icp.txt with information about the pictures I just converted in the source folder. It would be nice to be able to set a folder for all these text files.

More EXIF/ IPTC informations to modify/delete

There are not many softwares software letting you modify, for instance: Make, Model, etc. Some pro photographers, myself included, want to show some, but not ALL EXIF infos. Then a more complete EXIF/IPTC editor, along with the batch possibilities...

Add an option of 'Source DateTime' to operation 'Operations with target file name'.

Ideal would be to choose between DateTime from EXIF of file properties of source image.

It will be added in the next version.

be able to change resolution/DPI as a percent of the original.

You can change size as a percent of the original, but not resolution. I sometimes want to double the resolution of a group of shots in addition to changing the size.

Thank you for your idea. We might consider it for some future release.

be able to convert Panasonic RW2 (RAW) format images

Image Converter does not appear to have the codecs for Panasonic RW2. This is disappointing as Panasonic LUMIX and others are using RW2 as a default format
Response from the site administrator
fcoder, 31.01.2011
Thanks for letting us know about need for this format among our users. Could you please send couple of files in this format to our support service (http://www.imageconverterplus.com/support/)? And we'll do our best to add support for it in the next version.

converter.exe seems to be 'too big to fit in memory', system Windows 7, version downloaded from this website. Application impossible to install

I downloaded converter.exe from the download page. But it does not work, opening from the console an error message says that the file is too big to fit in memory.

Don't put a preview in the right click menu because it makes it too big or put an option to disable it.

Response from the site administrator
fcoder, 27.07.2010
It is possible to remove preview from right click menu. You can find detailed instructions at http://imageconverterplus.com/help-center/faq/how-to/turn-off-the-thumbnail-preview/

Add shell extension to convert directly from the right-click menu on Windows Explorer, using saved profiles.

It would be very handy to have a shell extension to directly convert frmo the right click menu in Windows Explorer, without the need to actually open the software's user interface, by means of a list of saved profiles.
Response from the site administrator
fcoder, 27.07.2010
This is acually how the program works - you can use it without ever opening a user interface using preinstalled profiles. Or create a profile of your own in the program interface and use this profile by right-clicking on an image and selecting this profile.

Give me the ability to resize the picture into a bigger size than its original size. :@

Response from the site administrator
fcoder, 11.01.2011
It is possible - you just need to un-check the check-box "don't zoom if source image is smaller" in Resize settings.
